You can expect endurance training pushing you past your comfort zones. I will challenge you to crush your fitness goals because your goals are my goals. I will customize exercises in focused areas specifically for you.
Build balance during our sessions. Balance is vital to overall health, especially as we age. You will stretch and hold poses to gain core strength and balance.
I will be checking in on you 6 days a week, with two 1-on-1 sessions per week, with one group class a week.
