LAUNCH at 7:30AM – LAND at 9:15AM Enjoy a warm up paddle to a location where we anchor for a great core & glute workout or some days we will be adding resistance bands for a great upper body workout. Planking on a paddle board means your body is more engaged and always gaining balance. Finish the class with stretching, a short meditation and a paddle back to the shop.
